excellent customer
service amongst high
activity and demanding
end-users requiring
problem resolution.
• Experience supporting
call center staff or
sales reps a plus (strong
telephony/CTI)

• Dell/HP desktop PCs,
Windows (7 / XP), MS
Office,
Outlook/Exchange,
• CISCO VoIP (basic
troubleshooting /
config)
• CallManager support. |
