Mandatory Requirements : Experience/Skill Sets • Minimum 5 years in Help Desk and Desktop support role. • Preferred Level II experience. • Proven ability to find work-arounds and get the customer functioning. • An excellent communication skill is mandatory. • Ability to maintain excellent customer service amongst high activity and demanding end-users requiring problem resolution. • Experience supporting call center staff or sales reps a plus (strong telephony/CTI) Tech Skills: • Dell/HP desktop PCs, Windows (7 / XP), MS Office, Outlook/Exchange, • CISCO VoIP (basic troubleshooting / config) • CallManager support.
Desirable Requirements : Preferred skills; • Genesis, • Mobile device/smartphone/Ipad configs preferred. • Basic Apple support skills preferred.
