work experience
• 10 years in IT
experience to include

scale, multi-year IT
initiatives
• 5 years experience in
the Medicaid or Health
Plan Insurance industry
• Solid understanding
of HIPAA requirements,
transaction sets,
implementation guides,
crosswalks, etc.
• Demonstrated success
in managing/maintain
budgets for large
multi-year projects
• Demonstrated success
in managing projects
involving multi-vendor
relationships and
contracts
• Demonstrated ability
to develop comprehensive
integrated business and
IT project plans, key
milestones, dependencies,
critical paths, resource
plans, resource loading,
risk management plans,
program management
including change and
quality control
• Strong Leadership,
collaboration, and
negotiation skills
• Excellent oral and
written communications
skills
• Must have a positive
attitude and the ability
to collaborate and
communicate with all
levels of management,
internal and external
vendors/partners, system
integrators, etc.
• PMP or Advanced
Program Management
