Customer Support System

One of the leading courier services which provides access to a growing global marketplace through a network of supply chain, transportation, business and related information services needed a system that handles their customer's sensitive data and enhance their customer service. System that delivers more expertise, better service and greater value for all of the customer's shipping needs. The purpose of this project was to build a Customer fusion to provide a view of customer information across the various Operating Companies of the client that can be seamlessly accessed from any customer channel. The primary objectives of this system are as follows:

  • Provide a single view of the customer's accounts that are associated based on legal ownership, regardless of the clients Operating Companies in which they reside.

  • Provide the ability for establishment and maintenance of accounts across clients Operating Companies.

  • Provide the ability to group accounts within a single clients Operating Companies or across clients Operating Companies to meet business needs.

  • Provide a consolidated view of the common customer profile information across all Operating Companies and consolidated view of interactions that have taken place with a customer across the clients Operating Companies in which they occurred.

Our Role

The role involved developing a solution that caters to the system needs. Developed and implemented modules clients head quarters and for various Operating Companies To Providing a best development solution due to the complexity of requirements. Providing customizable solutions to facilitate very large scale processing capabilities.

Oracle 9i, Acxiom, Trillium, D & B Tools, Geo-Stan, TerraData SQL Assistant, Quarryman 6.0 and Windows 2000/XP.
